尊敬的HyperPay用户：
近日收到风控部门通知，提醒用户切记：在进行EOS/ADA/XRP等转账（含转入转出）时，如果有要求填写备注（MEMO），一定要准确无误填写。否则，将可能造成无法及时到账甚至无法到账的问题。
针对此类转账，HyperPay在用户转出操作时已及时提醒，防止用户漏填、错填；在进行转入操作时，希望用户能够正确填写收币地址及收币备注（MEMO）。
未正确填写MEMO的转账，需要五个工作日的处理时间，由此产生的非必要人工成本，或将由用户自行承担，望用户能准确填写，避免不必要损失。
